macros in Outlook

Could anyone out there help with this - I'm trying to automate the saving of outlook email messages to a separate, non-outlook directory as textfiles, when the sender is someone specific - if someone could tell me how to do this I would be incredibly thankful.

So for example if the sender is jsmith@msn.com - to save the .eml file to a folder on my desktop called "Mail"
