Macro stops emailing after 2 emails 1

I have a macro that emails our suppliers their Montly Supplier Report Card. There are 23 suppliers. The macro is...

Open Report
Send Object
Close
Open Report
Send Object
Close
Etc... 23 times

The problem is that the macro keeps running through all 23 Open, Send, Close but only emails the first 2 or sometimes 3 emails. Each attachment is only 12KB.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

See Microsoft TID 260819. This is a known issue and apparently has been resolved with SP3.
