mac users disconnecting from w2k server

My Mac os 10 jaguar users are disconnecting from w2k server i get a time out event id on w2k server they have not problem going into the mapped drive again but the problem is when they get disconnected and they are working in a file and forgot to save they loose that file any suggestions

Try setting the macs to "Never" go to sleep when inactive in the energy saver system prefrences. This solved a similar problem we had.

Try going to network/ethernet/configure

switch to manually
speed should be what ever the card is...same for duplex

10.3.3 is supposed to fix this, but I have had to do this to our 10.3.3 macs
