Hi,
I have a Windows 2003 SBS server, and have one user who connects to it from a mac via the remote desktop client. This works fine - no problems there.
However, when he tries to print, it will not print back to his local printer.
>From Microsoft's site, this should work, although from reading some
other sites I see that sometimes I have to install the drivers for the local printer, on the server.
I have installed on the server a mock printer identical to his with the correct drivers for it, but obviously this isn't going to use the appropriate mac drivers.
This still doesn't seem to allow him to print to his local printer.
I have enabled Mac services for windows server but know very little about macs.
What am I doing wrong here?
The printer is a Lexmark X75 and the user already has the option selected to add local printers when he connects.
Not sure if this in the correct area, it may be that I need to post this in the Mac group.
