M7324 Telephone Set Making Strange Sounds

I have a M7324 Norstar Set that makes buzzing and clickings sounds randomly. It is on an older 8 X 24 system with DR5 software.

Tried to add on a caps module with no sucess. Station is programmed for a caps module and I have checked the polarity of the power transformer coming to the caps module.

I have taken off the caps module and the set still makes a funning buzzing sound according to the client.

I also removed the power from the second pair going to the set and still seem to be getting strange noises from the set.

Try F#86 to turn background music off, it probably does not have a radio therefor nothing but static etc.
