M7310 w/CS10 & HL10 4

Headset worked fine before the lifter was installed. Now it lifts but nothing comes to headset and line is not selected. Also can not answer a call. could I have it wired wrong? Is there a setting on the phone(7310) setup that I missed.

If you lifted the handset without the device, was a line automatically selected, or did you have to push a button?

Cliked to fast. Yes it automatically selects on of the 2 paths on the phone.

You need to adjust the lifter arm to lift higher, just turn the crank.

I'd check the connections of the lifter. If the headset worked w/7310 before it should be okay. If you need doc for HL10 it is available on under products.
