M7100 Issues

Anybody know much about these phones, having a few problems, getting a line. Do you have to have an outside line access code, ie. 9 to use this phone.

try here. Looks like a single line phone for a norstar. you may need to press 9 (or whatever your access number is) to get an outside line. Make sure the phoneset is not restricted from dialing out any line POOLS.

you need to upgrade your s/w as I have had the same problem. I think it is rls 5 upwards
