Is there any way to limit the callers log to the primary dn and its rollover (and not include the boss lines that also appear on the same phone)?

I haven't found a way yet. It sounds like this phone has TDD so you may want to change it to ADD. only thing is if user is on key 0 and second call comes in on key 1 user can't see who it is in advance so you can program a display (DSP) key. if you need help with dsp key post back.
