I'm using a Display-Based Expansion on a 3904, we did an INI on the pbx and now none of the dba are showing a display.

M3904 Add On DBA - Display Issues

Make sure the programming is there and is correct. An INI will load from the last backup of the data base, so if you have an old backup, possibly prior to you programming the hardware, you could see this. This is a bit of a stretch, if you were not getting back ups, you would get an alarm, but stranger things have happened.

So. I have no idea what happened in the system, but the DBA is now up and working on all phones.
