M2K/OCTEL 100 & APC UPS INTEGRATION

Anyone have experience setting up an APC UPS using the UPS integration option on the M2K or OCTEL 100 machines? I have a customer that has an M2K ver 3.0 and the old UPS died. It was not using integration. The replacement UPS will probably be an APC Smart UPS-RT2000 series.

Is nobody using UPSs or UPS integrations on VoiceMail???

It's been a long while since I installed one of those, but there is a "learn" mode for the UPS called UPS integrator. Make sure the VM application is NOT running when you do this
