M2616 Digital sets volume

Does anyone know the Volume frequency of M2616 digital sets? Cant find any info on this at all.

vol is not a product of freq, vol is read in db.. but that is adjustable ber set.. don't know what your looking for

In my case, volume frequency is about twice a day. Twice a day a user calls me and asks how to turn the phone up or down...

Well...it was funny in MY head.
