M2006 doesn't work where m2616 was 1

I tried to replace an m2616 with an m2006, however it doesn't work.
I tested the phone on another spot where there is a m2006 and it works fine.

Is it a programming issue?

any help os much appreciated.

Yes, it is a programming issue. The line is programmed to support a 2616 and you plugged a 2006 into it.

OUT the TN and rebuild as a 2006

Thanks Gene, success....but I am sure I will hear the complaints of how limited the 2006 is.
