I activated LWC for external calls on my phone but now when the message indicator comes on I can't get the messages. I have an announcement when I log into Audix that I have new LWC messages but then that's it. I would like to know what they are and preferably be able to display my external call log from the phone itself. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

i have message retrieval administered on my 6424D+ Phone.
i administered an button "msg-retr" and "delete-msg"
If you got an outsidecall and your message waiting indicator comes on, you push the button "msg-retr" and you see on the display MESSAGE FOR. With the "next" button you go ahead and you see the number from the call.
With the Button "delete-msg" you can delete the Information about the call.
