LUVU shows unused data TN's 1

Anyone know how to make the unused data TN's not show when reuqesting just the unused voice TN's. There are not any data TN's in use, I suppose that it was possible that someone inadvertently programmed a phone on a data TN, but there aren't any phone programmed on the data TN's now.

Do only 16 to 24 show up? If so look at any tn programmed on that card and see what type of card was set up. It should be XDLC. If it is not the only way to resolve this is to out all TN's on that card and rebuild it.

I had the same problem. I got TNs 00-31. You need to have a patch downloaded. I will forward you the patch # shortly.

When using the LUVU command the system shows the data units on the digital line card as spare voice units - but these ports should not be listed.
