Hi...
I have a problem.
Cisco say in a document:
"Lucent Definity G3 PBX does not support R2-Digital Line Signaling (ITU-T Q.421). It supports R2-Analog version (ITU-T Q.421)."
Is true????

Thanks...

so what are you asking, if you can do a PRI link to a Cisco Router or Callmanager to internetwork them?

If that is the question, then yes it is possible....

i connect router cisco 3640 with a Lucent Definity G3. i used 1 Channelized E1/PRI in Cisco and DS1 (TN464F) in PBX.
But, the configuration in Cisco router is:

ds0-group 1 timeslots 1 type r2-analog r2-compelled ani

and, this configuration not work correctly. The trunk line after of a time is "disconnect" status in PBX. But, if use:

ds0-group 1 timeslots 1 type r2-digital r2-compelled ani

the trunk line work correctly and not "disconnect" status in PBX.
The question is, Cisco Say:
"Lucent Definity G3 PBX does not support R2-Digital Line Signaling (ITU-T Q.421). It supports R2-Analog version (ITU-T Q.421)."
Is true????

Thanks
