Yeah. That's a major problem, technome. You see, that was how I ended up crashing my computer last year. It's ridiculous that a company that created a once reputable program has cut back so many skilled laborers that nobody is left who knows how to make the program:
1) Work right
2) Uninstall completely
I think that they need to have more people who can write code and understand the product. Besides, a computer virus is basically lines or pages of malicious code. How can you combat it if you don't understand it? Not to mention that you have to pay for their unskilled services when you could get better programs for free. It's a crying shame.
