I am trying to connect to a sharepoint list from SQL Reporting services. The error message I get is
"The XmlDP query is invalid. (Microsoft.ReportingServices.DataExtensions)". Has anyone tried this before?

Thank you in advance.

This question belongs in the Reporting Services Forum.

If you Google the simple error message, you'll get back some good links, including one where the MSFT rep promised he'd research the problem, and never came back with a resolution.

Good luck.

I saw those links. It looks like there is a bug in SSRS OR Sharepoint. And Microsoft has not fixed the issue.
Thank you for your reply!
