<b>Personalized Ringing Pattern</b>

Hello,

I've two person (ext5251 and ext5252) who work on the same physical phone. They ask me if it possible to make the phone ring with one patten if the caller dial 5251 and another pattern for the other number. So I tried to change the Personalized Ringing Pattern in the cov path setting but it not worked!

Is it another way to proceed to do that??

I believe personalized ringing can be set on the extension setup page. At least with older versions it was. I would assume you have a newer version since it appears you are using the shared physical phone setup.

Personalized Ringing Pattern is on the extension setting page.

Well, I hope there's another way to make phone ring with different pattern...
