I've a good question for you! I created an auto-attendant voicemail where users have to decide to be transfered on another voicemail(when pressing 1) to leave a message (Because auto-attendant voice-mail can't take messages) or to be transfered on another phone (when pressing 2) to be answer by a support technician. I want to block the extension on the transfer because I don't want them to call directly on that phone!!! I tried to restrict the Per station CPN - Send calling number, without results. Does anybody can help me please???
