LSP Programming Checklist?

We are about to deploy our first LSP (S8300/G700) off of our S8720. I was wondering if anyone had a "checklist" of things to check/translate to make the S8300 work in normal mode and survive mode. Thanks

Hi,
You should configure the following IP address of G700
G700 IP Address
G700 MGP IP Address
G700 V0 VOIP IP Address
Upgrade the Modules to the latest version
Set the IP route of G700
Set MGC list
Retrieve the serial number of G700 to generate S8300 license files.
Add media gateway at S8720

I would also recommend adding at least one trunk group that's local to the new LSP. Otherwise, there'll be no calls incoming/outgoing if the LSP goes to standalone mode.

Don't forget to set the LSP's network region to match the gateways.
