LSP not saving translations/ FIle Sync Alarm

We have configured two sites, One main with S8300D/g450 and another site S8300D/g430 in LSP mode.
LSP is registered and active.
I can ping cm from media gateways and from the SMI page from both sides.
The translations are not saved or pushed to the LSP.
List surv shows me the old date of last translation.
There is no time difference between the servers.
My main Site CM is giving me these server alarms,

Who can i get more details on this Alarm.
I have heard that if TCP 514 is not checked on the firewall of CM, LSP will not work.
How can i do this ?

The issue is solved,

We had to set a TCP policy in the fortinet firewall and it worked like a magic, LSP is ready with the latest translations.
