lsnguage encoding

In the preferences dialog box under fonts/encoding tab i'd like to set the language to the "baltic" which icludes my native language - Latvian, but there is not such variant for languages. Where and how can I do this encoding?

Hello biko!

Are you sure it's called "baltic"? If so - do you know the code for your language?
For example, my native language is Russian and my codepage is "windows-1251". What is yours?

I believe baltic is 1257. I could be wrong though.
