I am on the hunt again, :) is anybody able to give me the specs or part codes or both for the ram used on the LPU5 to suit BC12.
I know it has to be 2 x 32meg sticks.
I have tried many differnet combinations on 4 different cards of various firmware (R8A-R10C) but no luck, on boot-up I get the dreaded 1000 on the display :(.
Of course I have verified the LPU's by using known working ram but I can't find any numbers on the chips that are useful.

I have many different types but I cannot find any reference either on the web or in Alex doco's.

Awaiting with baited breath.
thnx in advance.

But, it worked in the lab!!

I have heard that the memory units need to have on-board
parity checking....others have purchased then at local
electronic supply houses.
