Low Volume Problem...

we are using IP Office 500 V2 with 9620 Phone and we are facing low volume problem like not our old PBX.so if there is any method to increase the vol. then share me please.

Are you using headsets or is there a problem talking in the handset as well?
SIP trunk? In or outgoing sound or both?
