Low Volume - Call Pilot

I have a call Pilot VM. When someone calls, the volume is real low. When I answer the volume seems fine, its only when they hit the voicemail, that they have trouble hearing the outgoing messages. Even if I call in to listen to my messages, the volume is low.

Any ideas?

Just a thought- connect a digital phone to the vm ports one at a time, and turn up the handset and speaker volume. Then reconnect to the cp and test. Also check the vol level under system programming to make sure they're set for use set volume.
