Loudspeaker Paging - Don't want to park the call

I found another thread that said to turn Deluxe Paging and Call Park Timeout to Originator? to "n", however we use this feature for the consoles. Did something change? We use to be able to page from the hanset just by dialing the TAC, now it want us to park the call. Any idea what's going on here??

When I dial the TAC I get reorder tone and the following output from the "list trace station"
