I have a Lotus Notes database, which belongs to an important client hence cannot be altered in any way. Our internal database uses Oracle. Is there a way of replicating the Lotus db (only the records that apply to our company) to the Oracle db using Access?

If anything can do it, Access can. That's why the Icon is a Gold Key. Its your Key to the city of data. Also that's why it's called "Access" it can access anything.

You have to get ODBC drivers for Oracle installed on your machine.
There is an Oracle forum here on tek-tips which may help there.
I know you can import or link to Lotus Notes in Access I saw it done once.
Now once you have your data in Access as Tables, then you can do anything you want with it including create new data and export it back out.

So to answer your question "YES"!!!!
