Lotus 1-2-3 v.9.8 Unable to save document

When trying to save any Lotus 1-2-3 files the following message appears:

"Unable to complete document transfer"
"Make sure the document managemant system (DMS) is installed and running correctly"

followed by: "file-save-as?[]save:c20()"

I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no success.

Lotus 1-2-3 did work earlier, and I cannot figure out why or how this has happened.

shows that the user modified the registry to fix it.
"For what it's worth, I found the solution. It's ODMA integrated alright.. Adding the following registry key did the trick: HKCR\Lotus123.Workbo\ODMA32
