Lottery Program in VB

I am a student who needs a hand with creating a lottery program in VB. Would anybody have done anything like this before - i.e., any pointers, suggestions or code that i could use?

any more details ? for the 'tickets' are you going to produce a set of random numbers and assign them to a player or let the player input their own numbers, are these number sets going to be stored in a database?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I will have to let each player select their own numbers (select 4 numbers between 1-32) . These numbers will be stored in an Access Database which will also contain details about the players.
