IP500 5.0.15 - VMPro 5.0.23
After upgrading to 5.0, we no longer get the option to transfer to VMail if a user is busy.
ie...Via User key on phone. If user is on the phone and you hit the key, it now gives you only 3 screen choices of Call (rings phone anyway), message (leave a message on the extensions screen) or CallB (callback, like a camp on I believe). The choice to transfer to voicemail is gone. Is it just me?
