Hi all,

i've added a new harddisk to our server computer and moved the homedir folders to it with a utility that preserves all user permissions. I had to do the sharenames for the folders manually, but since there are only 30 users that was no prob. The prob is, that after a server reboot, the share names are lost. Any idea's? We're running Windows NT4, terminal server edition.

tnx in advance, Dutch

I dont really know why you're loosing shares but
the shares are kept in a reg key. you can export the reg key and reimport it later to recreate them
cant remember the exact key name, just search for one of your sharenames and you'll findit.

Okay, I'll try that. Still hope there's an even more elegant solution to this, but it's already a lot better than setting the shares manually after each reboot :)

tnx, Dutch
