I use XP Home ed & Office XP with NAV and have recently rebuilt my PC. When attempting to reload my filed emails I seem to have "lost" my address book. In all other respects Outlook is performing correctly. All my email addresses are visible via the Contacts module but when I attempt to look up an addres by clicking the "To" button when composing an email or selecting the book icon to add a contact I get the message:
The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it maay have been removed or deleted, or you do not have permissions. For information on how to remove this folder from the Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft
Outlook Help
On clicking OK I get the Add Contact window which, when I try to use gives the message:
A new entry could not be added. Please use the contacts module to create this entry
I have tried reloading XP with no difference. Can anyone suggest the way foorward Pllease
Thanx
