lost mail to Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\Queue

hi

i am getting some but not all mail lost in this folder Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\Queue. It doenst appear in the queue in ex2003 system manager.

any ideas why this is happening and how to prevent this?

its gets stuck when at this point

> SMTP: Starting message submission to advanced queue

Turn up your diagnostic logging and see if you are having any retryable errors.
