Lost Call CLI display on Wallboard

A custome rof ours presently has CCC and is looking to upgrade it.

I've shown him everybodies favourite CCR and he likes it, but one feature he really want is to show the CLI of a lost call immediately on the wall baord so he can call them back. He would also like CLI of callers in the Q.

Anybody seen a product that will do this???

Never seen any product doing this.
The agents should look in the history of there phones for the missed calls.

I've been saying no for 2 1/2 years and it raised it's head again when talking about upgraing CCC.

Just wondered. they swear they have seen this feaure in another call centre but don't know what phone system or CC product they have.

I imagine that was some form of third party TAPI integration that did that and not a standard feature of any Call centre software, but you never know
