Losing Changes

I have a wierd problem. We have one Domain Admin that can make changes during the day. When he comes in the next day, the changes are gone. Is this a configurable option in Exchange 5.5 or is it possible that someone has written some type of script that goes and backs out changes for this particular user? We have several Domain Admins and this only happens for this one individual.

Any help/suggestions is appreciated.
