Losing announcemtns

Hello all

Need help

System S8300 runing ACM 1.3 latest patch 6111
G700 mgp fw 20.13

When ever the system is shutdown we tend to loose the recent recorded announcements,

We need to the ftp the announcemtns again and it works fine

Cant find any known issues on website

Any help is much appreciated
