Lose Name after 1 ring 1

I have one extension, 8410D, that when someone calls the persons name does display but for onlu one ring. It then goes away. CM 2.2 new upgrade. Has anyone seen this

It may be the version of the phone type. I have the same phones but three different versions. some of do it the others do not.

continues to ring, I swappped out the phone and the display stayed up. I thought that was strange. But its working

Press the exit button on the phone. They have the softkey menu active.
