Looking to setup DSL VPN backup

We are going to install a private line T1 between two offices and I'd like to also have VPN backup via DSL. I haven't done back up interfaces or VPN on routers. Would I setup a floating static route with the DSL having the higher cost? When I setup the vpns do I need to setup a NAT overload since I only get 5 IPs from the DSL provider. Any help or sample configs would help.
