I'm trying to get up to speed. Just installed Dreamweaver Studio MX 2004 but know very little about it. I printed out the help topics and am reading them. I would really appreciate any links to material about learning Dreamweaver. Thank you.
hate to say it but.....DW comes with pretty good tutorials
above all, what are you goals....?
what is that you would like to learn?
some basic HTML or dynamic pages..css....etc.
you would need to 'segment' your study
All the best!
Thanks guys. I just want to learn the vocabulary to start, I guess.
I'm glad to see that Dreamweaver comes with tools for lots of stuff like PHP, ASP, XML and so forth. I am a beginner all the way around. But I would like to learn to create a website with the built in pull-downs (i.e., for all 50 STATEs when keying address fields).
I would then like to have this information entered into a useful database. I feel that if I can go from where I am now (point zero) to the point of creating a simple website and tying a simple database to it, I will have learned a lot and feel reward and satisfaction.
Hi D14th!
it has been a while....new responsiblities...more work...less time to come by the forums....
p.s. I will never let them (me) un-install my DW ;-)
