Hi,
Is someone knows a software that can tell me the order of the Windows services and process are load at the boot of a Win2k or Xp workstation ?

Look at this registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\ Control\ServiceGroupOrder

You can also use the Services Applet and check the Dependencies tabs, but the above key has earlier kernel related stuff as well.

Also if you boot into safe mode it will show you on screen each process loading - its helpful to see why a computer might be hanging during boot.
