Looking for help with an Avaya PDS issue. I didn't see a forum dedicated to Avaya Dialers, so if there is a better place to post this, please let me know.

When agents login as blended, but do not join an outbound job, the dialer will call the agent with the message, "Welcome to Avaya Proactive Contact..." and then immediately drop the call. Within a few seconds, the dialer will call back, drop and repeat. The only difference is that each time the dialer calls, the message plays at different lengths. Sometimes it says the whole message, but most times it will drop mid-message.
