I think you might have the wrong patch number.
MPLR31606
FMD corruption happening on the call server with the FMD going out of
service. FMD has been replaced many times even then the problem still exists.
MPLR30865
EMG: FMD corruption on CPPM Compact Flash cards. For CPPM systems only.
Patched separately as MPLR30863 for CPP4 systems. Does not apply to CPPL systems.
Customer completed a deplist patch refresh and general status commands,
data dumped, then manually initialized the active Core 0. Core 0 came
up clean. They followed with several status commands to verify the health
of the system and all looked good.
Next the customer swapped core CPUs (SCPU). Core 1 came online and started
scrolling disk errors. The CPU then swapped back to Core 0, but with errors
and equipment down. Apparently a manual restart was performed, followed by
disk and file errors printing on Core 0: "lost chains" has illegal cluster
in chain."
