I don’t have the link for you, but I do have the book. The test number 139 is the blue alarm Inquiry test. There are actually 3 fail codes listed. The first is just a fail with no error codes.
1. The remote DS1 endpoint is out of service.
On test 144
Slip alarm inquiry test
1. Fail with error codes 1 to 88
The DS1 interface pack detected a slip alarm. The error codes equal the number of slips detected by the DS1 circuit pack since the last slip alarm inquiry test.
It may be better to post the error codes, and see if we can help you resolve this.
