Long Binary Data

Someone sent me a databse which I need to open. One of the fields however is marked as Long Binary Data. I am trying to look inside the field. What can I do for that?

I'm thinking this could be a picture, what is the name of the field? And I would try creating a form based on that table and link the field to an image control or bound object field and see if the picture shows up. Let me know what happens.

Thank You for your answer. I understand that the field might hold a file or a picture or anythign else. I do know that it contains data in some format. How can I figure out what it contains? I do not know what format the data is in. I basically want to be able to read the data in theat field.
