logwatnt.exe error

I just went and updated some critical updates from windowsupdate.com and after rebooting, I recieve an error message that says "logwatnt.exe application error". It continues to appear after every reboot but as soon as I click OK, everything seems to be fine and all programs run OK. Any ideas as to what to lok for or do to fix this issue?

It is from various Computer Associates products. If no longer use any CAI, just remove LOGWATNT.EXE from loading on startup.

Thanks... I could not find it in my start up but I found the only CA program I had and uninstalled the program and that took care of it...
