Logout an agent remote

Hi,

I'm having a little trouble trying to logout an agent. Could someone please advise me on this. Thx

If you want to do it via ASA then list the login ID and see what station it is logged into and busy that station and then release that station. If you want to do it from the phone, first display the freature access codes for ACD features and see what the logout code is and go to the phone and log out that agent by selecting a line button and dialing the logout code.

If you have console permissions and a "Remote Logout of Agent Access Code" FAC defined.... You can remotely log them off from your phone as well.

you also need to have a COR that allows remote agent logout (2nd page of the COR)
