At the logon screen where you enter a password, if you press the cancel button, windows loads normally. This does not seem very secure. Any ideas as to how to remove the cancel button?
for win95/98/me, you can do this thru registry tweak. here's the link.
but a word of advice: registry tweaking/hacking is not for the weak-hearted. i suggest you back-up your registry first before doing anything with it, or you might end-up doing a clean install of your os. this way, you can always go back to the most recent saved registry if ever you screw things up.
i hope this helps. peace!

"If the automobile had followed the same development cycle as the computer, a Rolls-Royce would today cost $100, get one million miles to the gallon, and explode once a year, killing everyone inside."
Thanks for the help Torturedmind! I edited the registry and restarted, tried to get in by pressing cancel and shot right back to the login screen. Thanx a bunch!
