Logon failed. Not enough memory for operation

Hi,

I am using Crystal 9 for generating cross tab reports using 4 tables.

While developing the same for PDF format, I didn't get any errors, but when I tried to design the same for Excel format, I got the following error.

com.crystaldecisions.report.web.viewer.ReportExportControl
Logon failed. Not enough memory for operation.

Can anyone help me please. What could be the reason.

check your temp holder it might be full or change the size of your virtual memeory
