Logo on Sign In

I have two different MICROS systems that will not display the restaurant's logo on the sign in screen on the workstations. On one system the logo shows up on the server in the server's POS operations, but again not on the workstations. The other system doesn't display the logo at all.


Both have the logo in bmp format placed in Micros>Res>Pos>Bitmaps


Any place else they should be?

eg For a WS4 in the path micros\res\pos\cal\WS4\bitmaps
Each device type has a Bitmap DIT in the CAL directory.
This DIR contains what should be uploaded to.

Got it to work on the older 3.0 system. Seems like it had something to do with the size of the image or where it had been saved from (Mac vs PC). I had a higher resolution bmp in there, then reduced the resolution and saved again and it worked...

Still need to check the W4 system.
