I'm using Crystal Reports Version 11
I get the following message

Login Failed
Details: HY000:[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-28000:the account is locked [Database Vendor Code:2800]

whenever I user a different login to the one that initially setup the report. If I login with the original user id and change to the owner to the new one, it gives me the same error for the old userid.

Thanks in advance

Hi,
Ask your DBA to unlock the account that gives the error.

To Paraphrase:"The Help you get is proportional to the Help you give.."

Also make sure that you use the Native Oracle connectivity rather than ODBC for the best performance.
